What Ledger Voice stores

For each shop: its name, the email and a salted hash of the password used to sign in, and the ledger the shop owner builds by voice: customer names, phone numbers and preferred language, sales on credit, payments and the dates reminders were sent.

What it is used for

Only to answer the shop owner's questions and carry out what they ask: summaries, credit checks, cash forecasts, reminders and payment plans. Ledger Voice does not send messages to customers; reminders open on the shop owner's own phone, and the owner decides whether to send them.

Who can see it

Only the shop owner, through the assistant they linked. The data is not sold, shared with advertisers or used to train models. Each shop's ledger is kept separate from every other shop's.

How long it is kept

Demo shops are deleted automatically after 7 days. A shop owner can ask for their account and ledger to be deleted at any time; unlinking the assistant also stops all access immediately because refresh tokens are revoked on use.
